A new Comms screen asks three questions — what you want to say, who gets it, and when — then sends one message by app notification, WhatsApp and email, personalised with the student's name and previewed before it leaves. Send now, schedule it, or set it to repeat; four messages (birthdays, fee reminders, fee thank-yous, holiday wishes) send themselves; and History shows exactly who received what, with the reason against anything that did not go. Plus: choose which Add Student fields are shown and required, and AI question papers that cannot be released until they pass a quality check.

A new Data Reset page clears a school's data for a single academic year — or all of them — admin only, behind an OTP and a typed confirmation, with an exact record count previewed first, a plain list of what will be kept, and a backup every reset can be restored from. Alongside it: watch an AI exam being generated live, class and section by class and section; real analytics on the Master Transaction Report; a "without transport only" filter and class-wise Head Wise Fee Register; and a redesigned sign-in page showing live platform status with help a tap away.

Both mobile apps shipped their biggest release in months. The Teacher App now opens on a worklist of what needs you today, gives every student one rich profile with a marks trend and behaviour notes, flags who is slipping, drafts parent messages and homework with AI, and marks attendance even with no signal. The Student & Parent App gets a complete redesign, instalment-wise fee payment and a better attendance calendar. On the web — see and top up your school's WhatsApp message balance, and a new month-wise Defaulter List.

A complete new Transport section arrives: watch every bus on a live map, build routes by clicking stops onto that map, put students on them in bulk, and see who actually boarded each morning. Vehicle and driver papers are tracked to their expiry dates, bus fees are reconciled against who is really riding, and a driver's SOS raises an alert you can acknowledge. Plus the new EDII Terminal and sticky table headings.

A new tabular receipt layout prints four students to a single A4 sheet, listing every fee head for the class so it reads the same way every month. Front-office staff can now batch-print a whole class's receipts in one go, and fee heads can be reordered on the printed receipt any time you edit them.

Setting up a class timetable gets far easier — download a ready-made Excel sheet, fill in subjects and teachers offline, and upload it back, with a review step before anything saves. EDII now reads the timetable sheets your school already makes by hand, too. Plus a school-wide TC Received Report, and three new Teacher App tools — a Fees Report, Copy Check and multi-image homework.

Your school's photo wall grows up — Buzz becomes a proper social feed with posts, likes, comments and pinned announcements, plus an engagement overview, the ability to edit any post after publishing, and a new date-range filter for visitors.

EDII starts measuring teaching itself — a new Teacher Performance page and automatic AI topic tests that show how well each chapter landed, plus a daily Parade State report, faster bulk student tools, and tidier fees and transport.
