Edii offers this AI-powered education platform, including all information, tools, AI services, and educational features available from this platform to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By visiting our platform and/or using our AI education services, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service", "Terms"), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink.

We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our platform. 4. User Responsibilities

Automatic Renewal:

Termination by Edii:

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts for:

• Security threats to the platform or other users
• Repeated violation of community guidelines

Effect of Termination:

• Immediate loss of access to platform services
• Data export period (30 days) before permanent deletion
• Termination of all outstanding support obligations
• Survival of certain provisions (payment obligations, intellectual property, etc.)

12. Limitation of Liability

• AI Accuracy: AI systems are provided "as is" without warranties of accuracy or completeness

Limitation of Damages:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Edii shall not be liable for:

• Third-party actions or decisions based on AI recommendations

Maximum Liability:

Our total liability for any claims related to the platform shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service during the 12 months preceding the claim.

Educational Institution Considerations:

• Institutions remain responsible for their educational programs and student outcomes
• AI tools are aids to education, not replacements for qualified educators
• Institutions must maintain appropriate oversight and quality control
• Compliance with educational regulations remains the institution's responsibility

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Governing Law:

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India, specifically the laws of Karnataka, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

Dispute Resolution Process:

1. Direct Resolution: Contact our support team to resolve issues informally
2. Mediation: If direct resolution fails, we encourage mediation through a mutually agreed mediator
3. Arbitration: For institutional customers, arbitration may be available per contract terms
4. Litigation: As a last resort, disputes may be resolved through courts in Bengaluru
