EDII started in 2020 with a simple observation: schools were running on registers, Excel sheets and WhatsApp groups while every other industry got real software. Today, 150+ schools and 1,50,000+ students run their entire day on EDII — and the AI that grades their homework runs on our own servers and GPUs.

The idea
Identified the critical gaps in how schools run — paper registers, disconnected tools, zero visibility — and began building AI-driven software to fix them.
First AI models
Built the first adaptive-learning models — machine learning that could understand individual student learning patterns, not just store marks.
First 50 schools
Pilot programmes with 50 schools demonstrated real improvements in student engagement and learning outcomes — and taught us how Indian schools actually work.
National scale
Crossed 150+ institutions with advanced AI for personalised learning, assessment and administration.
The AI leap
AI moved from assisting to doing: homework graded from photos, question papers drafted in minutes, dropout risk flagged months early.

70+ modules covering the entire school day, four apps (principal, teacher, student, parent), EDII Brain answering questions from live school data — with our core AI running on our own servers and GPUs, not rented third-party APIs.
