This week we shipped a complete AI Analytics suite — three new pages that read your real fee and exam data and tell you, in plain English, what's going well and what needs attention — alongside a smarter, safer finance workflow.

Dashboards used to hand you charts and leave you to find the story. This week is different: EDII's own AI now reads your fee collection and exam results and writes the story for you — what's going well, what needs attention, and what to do next — and you can simply ask it questions, in plain English or Hinglish. Everything runs on EDII's own on-premise AI, so your data never leaves your school's system.

Finance AI — your fee data, in plain English

AI Executive Brief. Reads your live collection and writes a short summary — how much is in, the month-on-month trend and what needs attention.
"Needs attention" strip. Ranks today's issues — Critical / Watch / Good — each with the exact figure and its impact.
Headline numbers. Total collected, collection rate, outstanding, share paid online, discount given and receipt count, all at a glance.
A look ahead. Projects your year-end collection and the likely shortfall, so you can plan early.
A "needs a look" list. Flags near-identical / possible duplicate receipts and unusually large payments, plus your largest pending balances.
Ask your finance data. Type "how much cash did we collect this month?" and get an answer grounded in your own numbers.

Exam Insights — your results, in plain English

AI Academic Brief. Turns your marks into a short written read — the overall average, pass rate, and the single thing that most needs attention.
Strongest & weakest subjects. Sees how performance moved from one exam to the next and names exactly where to focus.
Who needs attention. At-risk students, your top performers and the most-improved — each as its own clear list.
Slipping students & weak pockets. A watchlist of students whose marks are dropping, and which class is weak in which subject.
Headline numbers. Overall average, pass rate, students assessed, exams, subjects and the at-risk count.

Ask for any fee report — even in Hinglish

Just type what you want. "Fee collection by class this month", "top 20 defaulters", "aaj ka cash" — English or Hinglish, both understood.
Audit Footprint. Shows exactly what the AI did — the dates and filters it used, rows scanned vs matched, and any deleted receipts it left out.
Click any figure to verify. Open a cell like "Class 10 / Cash" and see the underlying receipts behind the number.
Who hasn't paid. Ranked defaulter lists with parent name and phone — tap to call or send a WhatsApp reminder.

Charts that show your real data

Real figures, properly formatted. Amounts in ₹ (with k / L / Cr), rates as clean percentages, and counts with comma grouping.
Clear tooltips. Hover any point for the detail — a fee slice shows its amount, its share and the number of students.
Tidy empty states. Where there is genuinely no data for the period, you get a neat "No data" message instead of a blank box.
No invented numbers. Every chart now plots your school's actual figures — no sample or placeholder data anywhere.

Smoother, safer day-to-day

Fee Collection Report, redesigned. A summary strip, headers that stay in view, in-cell receipt chips, name/ID search and colour-coded balances.
Pay several invoices at once. Tick the months you owe and settle them in one online payment, or clear every outstanding month in a single click.
Pay a consolidated bill in one step. Settle every selected month's bill together instead of paying each month one at a time.
Edit billing configurations. Update a saved configuration in place — and see who created it and when — instead of deleting and recreating it.
Safer Reset Password. The new password is masked, with a retype field and a live checklist, so a typo can no longer be saved by mistake.
Preferences that stick. Your sidebar menu on/off choices now save to your school and follow you across devices, browsers and school switches.
