Settlement of Online Fee payment to School
The settlement of any transaction takes around T+2 to T+3 days with our Payment Gateway service provider(s) and an additional day to settle that with respective schools. Under some special circumstances and holidays there is a delay in the settlement process.

Scenario 1: If fee’s is payed via online payment mode, and if it is still in Issued State on the Payment Gateway, the transaction can be cancelled. For that purpose please reach out to our CSR team and they will take in your request for payment cancellation and confirm the cancellation as well.
Scenario 2 : If the Online Fee payment has been processed, in that scenario, we would request you to reach out to school for discussion on cancellation and refund. Please reach out to them after 2-3 day(s) time as settlement with bank will take that much time. At present we do not have a refund/cancellation policy setup with school.
Once a refund is initiated, or if the order is not generated at the time of the transaction, then you should get the credit in your bank account within 5-7 business days failing which you can check the refund status here

Method 1 : By going to our website EDII.in and texting us over chat. Our agents are available in between 9am to 6pm IST, to assist you with your transactions.
Method 2 : By dropping us an email at contact@edii.in along with few details which are Name of the student in question, Class – Section, reason for emailing us, payment ID or transaction ID, Screenshot or email screenshot which needs to be off good resolution and the screenshot needs to be readable. Please provide any other related document proofs that needs to be shared for ease and faster resolution.
